Our process: audit, track, test, report

No black box. Here is what we do, in what order, and what we need from you.

Three objects in progression: rough orange glass shards, an assembled glass cube, a polished glowing sphere

Four steps, in this order

  1. 1

    Audit

We start with what is already there: your search terms, ad policy status, tracking and landing page links. We look for wasted spend and anything that blocks your ads from running.

What you do: give us access to your ad accounts, or tell us where you want to start.

  2. 2

    Track

We make qualified leads the main goal. For Google, that means importing GA4 events into Google Ads, with qualified leads as the primary conversion, and checking tracking on every landing page URL.

What you do: tell us what a good inquiry looks like for your business.

  3. 3

    Test

We change one thing at a time, so we know which change caused a result. We set the success measure before the test starts. When a result rests on too little data, we call it directional.

What you do: nothing day to day. You approve budget changes and big moves.

  4. 4

    Report

Every week you get a plain-language report. It covers spend, clicks, qualified leads and cost per qualified lead, plus what changed and what we propose next.

What you do: read it, and tell us what to adjust.

What a weekly report looks like

This is a layout with no numbers in it. It shows what we put in every report.

SectionWhat it tells you
SpendWhat the ads cost this week.
ClicksHow many people visited.
Qualified leadsHow many form submissions passed our qualified-lead tracking.
Cost per qualified leadSpend divided by qualified leads.
What changedThe one change we made, and why.
What we propose nextThe next test or budget proposal, for your approval.

Who stays in control

  • You approve budget changes and big changes before they go live.
  • We label directional results as directional.

Want to see how this would apply to your ads?

Call us and tell us what you sell and where you advertise. We'll say plainly what we would look at first.

Questions we get asked

How do you decide what to change in my ads?

We start from your search terms, tracking and landing page data. Then we change one thing at a time and report what happened.

How do you track qualified leads?

We import GA4 events into Google Ads, make qualified leads the primary goal and check tracking on every landing page URL. That way reports count real inquiries instead of raw form fills.

Why do you test one change at a time?

We test one change at a time so we know which change caused a result. When a result rests on too little data, we label it directional instead of rounding it up.

What does a weekly report include?

A weekly report covers spend, clicks, qualified leads and cost per qualified lead. It also says what changed and what we propose next, in plain language.

Who approves budget changes?

You approve budget changes. We propose them, and nothing big goes live without your approval.
